More than 300 women have been beneficiaries of trainings organised by FBNQuest Merchant Bank and FBNQuest Capital on female economic empowerment and capacity building initiatives such as the WIMBIZ Annual Lecture Series, WIMBIZ Annual Conference, Woman Rising, International Women’s Society, CFA Investment Conference Annual Charter and Award Dinner, and Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR) Annual Conference, among others.
The FBNQuest Women Interactive Network (FBNQuest WIN), our internal program for women, gives female workers access to the resources they need to succeed. We recognise that diversity and inclusion at all levels are key to our company’s growth. A diverse workforce enables us to continue developing new solutions and offer unique services, attract and retain the best talents, and effectively contribute to our clients’ success.
We also assisted in providing financial literacy workshops for women in collaboration with numerous organizations such as Leading Ladies Africa and the International Women’s Society, with the aim of providing women with the bankable knowledge they need to make sound financial choices.
