RaceToSeptember, our employee volunteering and capacity building programme started out in two public schools within our host community including Government Secondary Girls School (GSGS) and Falomo High School, Ikoyi. Since its inception, the program has impacted over 800 students in both schools, teaching them career success skills that will help position them for after-school success and increase their chances of finding work after graduation. It also offers an FBNQuest forum to take part in CR&S, to encourage a responsible public profile and to foster team bundling and employee volunteering for our people and the organisation.
