As Stockbrokers to Issuers (for both Debt and Equity), we work with the NSE on behalf of Corporate organizations and State Governments to get the necessary listing permissions for their primary market issues such as Public Offer for Subscriptions, Offer for Sales, Right Issues, Listings by Introduction, and so on. We also distribute primary market products, serving as receiving agents for issuers on such offers and are authorised DMO Distribution Agents for FGN Savings Bonds.
Acting as one of the NSE’s duly appointed key market makers, we are charged with increasing market liquidity and managing a variety of stock listings in compliance with NSE guidelines.
