Yetunde is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic transactions across multiple sectors including Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Power Utilities and Infrastructure and FMCG. Prior to joining, she held senior roles at Standard Chartered’s M&A advisory business, where she led various landmark deals in Nigeria and across West Africa.

 She has advised a wide range of high-profile clients such as Exxon Mobil, Allianz Group, and Helios Investment Partners, delivering end-to-end execution on complex, cross-border transactions.
Yetunde holds an MBA from HEC Paris, an MSc in Finance and Investment from Durham University, and a BA in Business Finance from the University of Durham.
