Omo is an accomplished technology and digital transformation leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic IT initiatives across Africa and the U.S. Prior to joining , he served as Group Head of Digital Transformation and IT Projects at Access Bank, where he led strategic initiatives across 12+ countries, overseeing digital payments, core banking integration , mergers and acquisitions integration, and digital transformation.
He holds an MBA from Johnson and Wales University, a BSc in Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, and has completed executive programmes at Wharton, Stanford, London Business School, and Institute for Management Development. He is also a certified PMP, PSM, PSPO, CSM, and CSPO, among others.
