Ag. Chief Risk Officer
Adebiyi Adeboye is the Acting Chief Risk Officer of FBNQuest Merchant Bank and oversees the Risk Management and Control Department. He has over 20 years of experience in credit, financial, market, and liquidity risk management.
He joined FBNQuest Merchant Bank in 2017 as Head of Credit and Market Risk, bringing experience from Union Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst, Corporate Lending. He started as a Business Analyst at Capital Vanguard Associates in 2002 before joining NAL Bank as a Credit Control Officer in 2005.
He later worked for Sterling Bank, Keystone Bank, and FirstBank of Nigeria Limited. Over the years, Biyi has held various responsibilities, including risk culture analysis, credit risk analysis, credit control and administration, market and liquidity risk management, enterprise risk management, and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
