What is FBNQuest?
FBNQuest is the Investment Banking and Asset Management brand of FBN Holdings Plc.
The ownership and structure of the subsidiary companies remain unchanged, as all legal entities will retain current board and management structures as approved and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The launch of the FBNQuest brand will enable us offer our clients a broader range of services via one clear and efficient platform.
What exactly does FBNQuest mean?
The name’ ‘FBNQuest’ is an acknowledgement of the 120-year old pioneering spirit of our Group which drives us, as well as a symbol of the journey of discovery we embark upon with clients to find new solutions in innovative ways.

Why change an established brand?
We have not changed the brand. We have unified the different parts of the Investment Banking and Asset Management Group under one brand identity. This client-centric approach allows us to provide these services more efficiently and effectively. All innovation resources will be focused on developing products for one global brand positioning, and synergies will be created through greater best practice-sharing and delivery of a more consistent customer experience.
