Before joining FBNQuest, Olugbenga was the Group Head IT Infrastructure and services with Access Bank. He started his career with Polaris Bank (Then Afribank) and worked at FCMB, Wema and Union Bank in different capacities.
Olugbenga has a certificate in Digital Business Strategy from MIT and undergone a strategic leadership program in IMD. He is a Doctoral Fellow of the Project management institute Ghana, and a professional member of many institutes and holds FBCS, CPMP, FCIPM, FIPMA, FIMC, CMC, MNSE and other technology certifications.
